COVID-19 STATUS
We are open as usual during these unprecedented times and taking orders via our online shop. It is just the two of us from the same household working to pick, package and post your items to you. We are therefore a COVID-19 secure business and we believe we are doing our bit to prevent the spread of the virus without undue risk to either of us.

1.3 Re-arranging Delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered to a home address, and there is no safe place or willing neighbour to accept the item then the courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. If their delivery attempt was unsuccessful the courier will leave a card which will tell you when they’re making their next delivery attempt, and should also reference an 8-digit card number which you can use to track your parcel. If you’re unable to be in for the next delivery attempt then don’t worry, you can divert your parcel at any point in the delivery journey.
1.5 What if Your Delivery is Late?
Sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected due to factors outside our control. We have found Hermes to be reliable, however there can be delays sometimes, especially at busy times. Here’s what to do:
Check your tracking details at https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track. If your parcel tracking has not updated for a few days please get in touch with Hermes by selecting the ‘live chat’ button on their website and one of their customer service team will be happy to help.
If Hermes cannot help please contact us via email and we will investigate as packages are insured against loss.
